With the in-house system being imperative to business operations, it was certainly not a small task. Not only is our system used as a CRM system, it includes sales and purchase invoices, returns administration, bespoke card programming and a wide range of company reports along with being used as the back end of the company website and linked to multiple APIs.
Crushed Ice took the time to sit with each team to discuss individual requirements and frustrations so that they could fully understand what we needed as a business. Not only did they want to understand our business operation in fine detail, but the team at Crushed Ice also supported us with new and fresh ideas along the way.
After careful and intricate planning, our system was switched overnight. With the support and guidance of the team onsite for the first week of us being live, Crushed Ice helped with any small adjustments and onsite training with staff as required. No job was too much to ask, and overall, was a seamless transition.
We are now over 12 months in to the system implementation and we are still working with Crushed Ice to develop the system further with e-commerce amongst new ideas for sales and operational development.
